Elevating the Mobile Banking Experience ( Conceptual )

Simplified Onboarding

Organized core features into four categories for easier navigation.

 

Introduced a guided checklist to help users prioritize essential settings.

Updated the main dashboard to show onboarding progress in real time.

Dynamically revealed new actions as users became more familiar with the app, promoting gradual feature discovery.

Journey Mapping

Created detailed flow diagrams to explore all possible use cases for credit card delivery and activation.

 

Used these diagrams to shape user scenarios for prototype testing.

 

Developed multiple flow iterations to identify intuitive user experience.

Built and tested prototypes tailored for both iOS and Android platforms.

Brand Elements & Design System

Refined brand elements across the app to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual experience.

 

Created custom icons and illustrations to boost user engagement and enhance interaction.

 

Developed a comprehensive design system with organized assets, descriptions, and implementation guidelines.

 

Built the system to be scalable, supporting gradual updates across the app and the broader ecosystem of web products and brand identity.

Illustrated the progression from wireframes to final flow concepts.

Overview

I created this concept for Chase Bank's mobile app experience, focusing on streamlining key user flows and boosting engagement.

 

Inspired by best practices from leading fintech apps like New gen banking solutions, the work involved refining onboarding and new card activation journeys.

 

I also enhanced feature discovery and introduced a motivational system to encourage users to complete their profile setup.
